자인편은 어두운 자갈색(중맥은 녹색)으로 과낭보다 길이가 뚜렷이 짧다.
같은 절의 백두사초와 진들검정사초는 과낭과 자인편 길이가 비슷하다
과낭에 희미한 종맥이 여러 개 있다
Racemosae의 북사초, 백두사초, 진들검청사초는 수과의 암술대가 길며 기부가 팽창되지 않는다
